The SEC suspended trading in SCOXq.pk shares: http://www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20110405185244528
While it is technically temporary, it usually gets turned into a permanent delisting.
So, we are really close now to seeing this zombie dead forever.
Update: The delisting has now happened.
